Com Tam
My landlords run small restaurant called Com Tam.
Com tam originally means broken rice.
And means inexpensive set meal restaurant as well.
Normally they serve steamed rice and side dishes on one plate with cup of soup.
You can choose side dish displayed in a wagon at the front of restaurant.
By the way, Vietnamese cucumbers are quite dried out than other countries'.
